Ghost Kit
Real sensors. Honest about what they are.
An EMF meter, a barometer, a vibration reader and a spirit box, running on the hardware already in your pocket. It will not find you a ghost. Nothing will. What it will do is make the dark more interesting.
What it actually reads
Every reading comes off a real sensor: the magnetometer, the barometer, the accelerometer, the microphone, the camera. Nothing is faked and nothing is random.
That also means none of it is evidence of anything. A magnetometer finds wiring and steel. A barometer finds weather.
We want to believe
This is not a debunking. We use these sensors ourselves, in the places on this site, at night, hoping something happens.
What we will not do is tell you what a reading means. A spike is a spike. Whether it is wiring, weather, or something you cannot account for is yours to decide, and we would rather hand you the number than an opinion.
What is in it
- Proximity
- Watches four sensors at once and only speaks up when two of them move together. One twitchy reading is noise. Two at the same moment is at least interesting.
- Sensors
- An EMF meter, a barometer and a vibration reader, each calibrated against a baseline when you arrive, so you are reading the change rather than the number.
- Voices
- A spirit box drawing on 758 documented locations.
- Evidence
- Records EVP audio and SLS video, logged against a timeline of what the sensors were doing at the time, so you can go back and see what was happening when you heard it.
- The archive
- All 758 case files from this site, every state, working with no signal at all. Which is the point, because the places worth visiting rarely have any.
- On Apple Watch
- Your own heart rate alongside the readings, plus a remote so your phone can sit somewhere while you stand somewhere else.
- Red night mode
- So you keep your dark adaptation.
Free for now
Ghost Kit is free while it is being built out. It may not stay that way, but anyone who has it will keep it. If you use it and something is wrong, or missing, or annoying, tell me. That is genuinely what this stage is for.
